1. How to Play / Participate

Customers may play either via SMS through the short-code 9696, or via the official website https://mtnluckypick.com. Each method allows the customer to buy one or more entry tickets for the daily draw conducted daily at 8:00 PM automatically by the platform.

1.1 SMS Subscription (Daily Auto-Tickets)

To subscribe for automatic daily tickets, customers must:

• SMS the keyword "Join" to 9696.
• Confirm their subscription by agreeing to the daily deduction of E3.00 airtime.

Upon consenting, customers will receive their initial ticket for the day they have joined, and then further automatically generated tickets on a daily basis together with an automatic daily E3.00 airtime deduction. The system automatically generates the ticket combination for the customer.

1.2 SMS Ad-Hoc (On-Demand Tickets)

For customers who do not want to subscribe but play ad-hoc via the SMS channel, the customer must:

• SMS the keyword "Play" to 9696.
• Confirm their interest in purchasing a daily randomly generated ticket.
• Select a payment method (airtime / MoMo).

Upon payment confirmation, customers will receive their ticket for the day. Subscribed customers may also use this option to buy additional entry tickets.

1.3 Web Platform (Custom Combination)

For customers wanting to select their own combination, they can use the web option at https://mtnluckypick.com to:

• Login using their MTN registered mobile number.
• Receive an OTP.
• Play / purchase customised entry tickets and select their preferred payment method.

2. Entry Fee

The cost per ticket is: SZL 3.00

Payment may be made using:

• MTN MoMo
• Airtime (where available)

Applicable MoMo transaction charges apply.

3. Prizes

Daily at 8:00 PM the system automatically picks its own combination of devices. This combination is then matched against all daily entry tickets purchased by customers. Customers who have tickets that match the system-generated devices of the day win prizes based on the criteria below:

3.1 3 out of 6 Match

All customers that correctly predict and match 3 out of the 6 devices drawn by the platform will win a E20 MoMo Cash prize instantly deposited into their active MoMo account.

3.2 4 out of 6 Match

All customers that correctly predict and match 4 out of the 6 devices drawn by the platform will win a E50 MoMo Cash prize instantly deposited into their active MoMo account.

3.3 5 out of 6 Match

All customers that correctly predict and match 5 out of the 6 devices drawn by the platform will win a E500 MoMo Cash prize instantly deposited into their active MoMo account.

3.4 6 out of 6 Match (Grand Prize)

All subscribers that correctly predict and match 6 out of the 6 devices drawn by the platform will win either:

• A E10,000 MoMo Cash prize instantly deposited into their MoMo account, or
• An iPhone 17 Pro 256GB mobile device (winner will be contacted with instructions on how to claim).

The decision to award the E10,000 or the iPhone for a 6/6 match remains the discretion of the platform, determined by a random algorithm. Customers cannot exchange one prize for the other.

In the case that a customer does not have an active MoMo account, or has played using a mobile number that is not MoMo-registered, the customer will be sent a link to update the platform with their active MoMo number.

4. Draw Schedule

• One draw shall be conducted every day at: 20:00 Eswatini Time.
• Only tickets successfully paid for before the draw closing time will participate in that day's draw.
• Late entries automatically participate in the next draw.
• The winning devices are selected using a secure computerised random draw process.
• All draws are final. No correspondence regarding results will be entered into.

5. Winning Criteria

The system randomly selects six (6) winning devices. Prizes are awarded as follows:

The order of the selected devices does not matter.

6. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via:

• SMS
• MTN Lucky Pick website
• Ticket History
• MTN social media (where applicable)

MTN may request additional information before releasing prizes.

7. Refunds

Entry fees are non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed. Refunds will only be considered where:

• Duplicate payments occur due to a system error.
• Payment is deducted but no ticket is created.

8. Fraud and Abuse

MTN reserves the right to:

• Cancel fraudulent entries.
• Suspend accounts.
• Refuse prize payments.
• Disqualify participants who attempt to manipulate the game.

This includes the use of:

• Automated scripts or bots
• Multiple fake accounts
• Payment fraud
• Hacking attempts
• Interference with the draw process

9. Who May Enter

To be eligible to enter, the entrant must:

• Be an MTN subscriber (Pre-Paid / Postpaid).
• Participate in the daily subscription service or make an on-demand purchase.
• Be a natural person.
• Be 18 years or older.
• Have an active MTN Mobile Money (MoMo) account into which winnings may be deposited.

Subscribers can enter as many times as they wish through subscribing and/or purchasing on-demand tickets.

Participation excludes employees, directors, members, partners, consultants, and agents of, or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the marketing providers of this activity, and the spouses, life partners, immediate family members or business partners of the people or entities listed above. This includes:

• The Promoters
• Suppliers of goods and/or services in terms of this competition
• Promotional partners, printers, advertising and promotional agencies, professional advisors and point-of-sale staff employed by or contracted to, or providing goods or services of any kind, to all the people or entities listed above during the Competition Period

During the campaign period (27 July 2026 – 31 December 2026), winners are entitled to win one or more prizes from all categories. For example, an MSISDN that has been a winner of "3 out of 6" will be eligible to become a "3 out of 6" winner again.

10. General

• If necessary and required by law or beyond the reasonable control of the organizers, the organizers reserve the right to vary the nature of the activity, the prize, or these terms and conditions upon notice published on www.mtn.co.sz and mtnluckypick.com, or another appropriate medium. If the Prize is limited or changed, the organizers shall replace it with a prize of a similar economic value.
• Any amended terms and conditions published in any media or on the MTN website will form part of the terms and conditions which the entrants agree to be bound. It is your responsibility to refer to and comply with these terms and conditions whilst accessing or using this site.
• As the Prize is monetary, it is not transferable, not exchangeable for another prize, and cannot be sold.
• The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any entrant if they have reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The organizers reserve the right to withhold the Prize until it is entirely confirmed that the claimant is the bona fide winner and reserve the right to call for such proof as they may deem necessary.
• By entering this activation, entrants signify their consent to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
• Jackpot winners shall be required to sign an acknowledgement of acceptance and receipt of the Prize.

11. Publicity

Prize winners may be requested to participate in publicity activities including photographs, interviews, social media announcements, and marketing campaigns. Participation is voluntary unless required by applicable law.
